Tipping your therapist is appreciated. Tips can be given at the time of your appointment. You’re welcome to leave cash or have the tip conveniently charged to the card on file.

If you no-show or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, any session on file will be forfeited. If no session is available, you will be charged your full membership rate for the missed appointment.
We understand that life happens, but this policy helps us respect the time of our therapists and other clients.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to use your membership session for a friend or family member. Just let us know in advance, and if they haven’t visited us before, we’ll need their phone number to create an account for them. It’s an easy way to share the love!
